Crystal Jones is an experienced Emergency Management professional with extensive expertise in FEMA Public Assistance, emergency operations planning, and continuity of operations. She has supported multiple federally declared disasters, providing leadership in project formulation, grant management, and program closeout.
Crystal’s background includes developing and implementing emergency operations plans, coordinating continuity planning for state and local agencies, and supporting Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations. She is also skilled in logistics coordination, resource management, and interagency collaboration during all phases of emergency management—from preparedness and response to recovery and mitigation.
Her mission is to help communities strengthen resilience, enhance operational readiness, and recover efficiently after disaster strikes.
